Shipping Policy
Processing & Production Time All of our products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner. Please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order ships. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Times Once your order has been produced and handed off to the carrier, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 7-10 business days*
- Canada: 5–10 business days
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- Rest of World: 10–20 business days
* These are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs processing, or high-demand periods. More or less time may be needed for shipping.
Shipping Carriers We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL, depending on your location and the size of your order.
Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
International Orders & Customs International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in your order total and are collected by your local customs authority.
Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We'll work with our fulfillment partner to reship or refund your order. Please note that because items are made to order, we do not accept returns for buyer's remorse or sizing issues — only for defects or damage.
